If you're anything like me, you probably won't make it through today's to do list. Then again, maybe you are more efficient and less easily distracted than I am.
At least I'm not alone in not getting everything done I'd like to today. A LinkedIn survey reports that 89% of professionals admitted that they are unable to accomplish all the tasks on their daily to do list. Part of that is because of work that wasn't planned, with 51% of professionals surveyed splitting their day equally between planned and unplanned tasks. The unplanned tasks that did in the to do lists, were mostly phone calls, emails and meetings.
